PROFESSIONAL GOALS

It’s the top of the year and work has been keeping me pretty busy all month. So busy that at the end of each day, I focus more on decompressing when I get home. That includes preparing and eating healthy dinners, organizing for the next day and reading before bed. I’ve had a few holidays throughout this month to keep me balanced, however, making the extra time after work to maintain a clear headspace has been imperative to not bringing home any work related stress.

THE ULTIMATE ANNIVERSARY WEEKEND IN CHICAGO

Last month, in early December, Will and I celebrated 5 years of marriage together. We talked about how we wanted to do something really special and decided we would travel to Chicago to celebrate! We have always been curious about this major city in the Midwest + there were so many festive things to do during the month of December for the holidays. HAPPY NEW YEAR 2019

Happy New Year Everyone and welcome to my new site design! This has truly been a work in progress for a really long time. I especially love putting my crockpot to use and saving some time by having dinner ready before hand.

Date Night with Kabana Rooftop

Hellllllo everyone!  It's been a while!  I have been away for some time you guys--and with good reason.  This summer I really wanted to focus on having a real summer vacation.  This included heading out West for a turned up Vegas bachelorette party and back to my home state of California for my long time friend's wedding.  I had such a blast and it was so good for the soul to reconnect with friends I've known for over 25 years. I was able to document most of the vacation on social media and if you follow me there you were able to see photos.

LOFT NEW + NOW SUMMER EVENT

Hey guys!  Welcome back!  Since my last post I've been taking the time to really get inspired offline and discover new found interests.  It's so easy to get wrapped up in the online world; especially when you are a blogger.   I always like to step back when it no longer becomes fun, because for me,  that's what its all about.  Fun!

Since it's been a little while, I wanted to come back with a recap of event I hosted recently.
