EASY APPLE CIDER SANGRIA

Apple cider has to be one of my favorite fall drinks and with it being the holiday season, it’s only right to put a twist to it by making it a cocktail. I love this drink before dinner with a light appetizer and it’s also really good alongside a slice of apple pie or any cobbler as a dessert. It’s the perfect drink to keep you in a festive mood.

EASY APPLE CIDER SANGRIA

INGREDIENTS:

2 Apples

1 Lime

2 Cinnamon Sticks

2 tbsp Sugar

2 1/2 cups Apple cider

1 cup Club soda or ginger ale

1/2 cup Brandy

1 750-ml bottle Riesling

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Place fruit, cinnamon sticks, wine, brandy and sugar in a large pitcher. Stir to combine.

  2. Refrigerate overnight, or for about 2 hours.

  3. Garnish with more apples and a cinnamon stick.
