French Connection Soho Boa Tie Neck Dress

Happy first day of Autumn! I'm so excited it's that time of year where I'm able to pull out my leather jacket and boots again.  Fall is the perfect time to layer like no ones business!  Recently, I partnered up with French Connection to present to you items from their Fall 2015 collection!  I really felt like this was the perfect partnership because this brand definitely represents part of my style and taste.  I love fashion foward clothing that is of quality and affordable.  It's also perfect timing because I've been on the hunt for more weather appropriate dresses as well. 

What I love about this dress is the eye catching print.  Snake skin, to me, is one of those fun prints that can become less trendy if paired well with solid pieces.  Remember, I told you guys how I like to dabble in trends, but overall prefer pieces that stand the test of time.  The fact that this dress has a color blocked trim at the neckline, makes it more classic over trendy and can be worn for years to come.  Another feature that I love about this dress is the V- neckline with tie!  Tie-necks are huge this fall.  As you can see here, you can wear it styled tied and untied.  I love that you can get versatile looks out of one piece.  Can we say wardrobe maximization?!

The lightweight style of this number is perfect for this time of year.  I thought it would only be right to pair it with my staple leather jacket and ankle boots!  As always, I wore one of my favorite magenta/purple lip shades that I'm loving right now: Stila Stay All Day liquid lipstick in Aria!  Can't get enough of this creamy to matte lippy!  What do you think of the tie neck dress from French Connection?  To view more from them, check out their website HERE.
