BLUSH TRENCH COAT FOR SPRING

Keeping a substantial amount of classic items in my closet is just a given for me at this point in my life. As a woman who is a day time professional and likes to have a little fun on the weekends, I love adding pieces to my wardrobe that not only mix well with items I already own, but also have the ability to translate from work to off the clock effortlessly. I think those of you who have been readers here on Styled Chic for awhile know that about me. I love keeping classics in my wardrobe because of their ability to transcend time.

This draped blush trench is a much more feminine take on the average classic trench. Mainly because of its color and style. I already own a classic trench and ended up adding this option to my wardrobe to not only have more options, but also to mix things up a bit depending on occasion. I love that this trench has carried me for quite a few seasons and is still in such great shape.

This look is a typical go-to look this spring for brunch with the girls or even early evening date for drinks with hubby. Just recently, I switched out the plunging bodysuit for a V-neck white t-shirt for an even more comfortable look. I love distressed denim also and this pair really gives me the look I’m going for with out going overboard with the ripped details.
