Sunday Brunch at Supper Southern Morsels

What can I say?  I love to brunch!  Being that Sunday is normally the day I tend to venture out and satisfy my inner foodie, I wanted to share this excellent spot with you!  Initially I had gone with a friend and found myself back here the following week with my sister.  Supper Southern Morsels is a southern style restaurant located in the Norfolk, VA Ghent area that offers amazing comfort food!  I'm all about overall experience.  From food to decor, this place is IT.

Entrees such as chicken and waffles, shrimp and crab gumbo, along with a delicious plate of french toast can be found on the menu!  Of course, I had to go with my favorite breakfast item, french toast with a side of bacon and eggs.  I couldn't resist.  Especially with the whipped cream and strawberries on top.  Yum!

The atmosphere is so nice, as you can probably tell from the photos.  I highly recommend sitting on the rooftop dining area, if weather permits.  It's so relaxing and truly gives you the ultimate brunch experience.
